Hi Everyone,
Today is my stop on the Blog Tour for The IT Girl by Ruth Ware where I have a review from her latest novel. I was thrilled to be asked by Tracy Fenton from Compulsive Readers who organised this tour in conjunction with Anne Cater from Random Things Through My Letterbox and Simon & Schuster to take part along with some other fab book bloggers. You can find out who else has taken part in this fabulous Blog Tour at the end of this review so without further ado, here it is:
Well, where do I start with this review? Well, I didn't just like it, I absolutely LOVED IT. It is absolutely brilliant and I CAN'T recommend it enough, it had me gripped from the first few pages right through to the end there were some great twists and turns too which I definitely wasn't expecting especially when I thought I'd worked out who the killer was about 3 times only to be wrong but did have an inkling about who it was which confirmed my suspicions towards the end but it definitely kept me guessing. I even had to slow down reading it as I didn't want it to end, it was very well planned out & cleverly constructed which made the story flow really well and at a fast pace too and there were parts in the book I could feel my heart rate raising a little. Ashamedly, this is the first book that I've read by Ruth and I am really looking forward to reading more of Ruth's books and I hope it wont be too long before I get the chance too. She has also written In A Dark, Dark Wood, The Woman in Cabin 10, The Turn of The Key, The Lying Game, The Death of Mrs Westaway & One by One which I'll definitely be checking them out so why don't you? You won't regret it.
The IT Girl is published and available on Kindle, Audiobooks and from all good bookstores from August 4th 2022.
