The Girl You Lost by Kathryn Croft

Thanks to Bookouture and Netgalley, I received an ARC of this in exchange for an honest review..........

Eighteen years ago your baby daughter was snatched. Today, she came back......

Eighteen years ago, Simone Porter and husband, Matt had a baby named Helena but six months later she was abducted.  Throughout the years they have slowly rebuilt their shattered lives, but the pain at losing their child has never left them.

Then one day a young woman, Grace, appears out of the blue and tells Simone she has information about her stolen baby.  But just who is Grace – and can Simone and Matt trust her or is there something more sinister brewing??
When Grace herself disappears, Simone becomes embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse where a desperate search for her daughter and the woman who has vital clues about her whereabouts ensues. Simone is inching closer to the truth but it’ll take her into dangerous and disturbing territory. Simone lost her baby. Will she lose her life trying to find her???

I didn't just like it, I LOVED it and it definitely didn't disappoint. It was brilliant, it had me gripped from the first few pages right through to the end, there were some great twists and turns too. I even had to slow down reading it as I didn't want it to end.  I had my suspicions about certain characters as I was reading but that ending I really wasn't expecting it at all. If you're looking for a psychological thriller to curl up too well I'd definitely recommend The Girl You Lost.  This is Kathryn Croft's forth novel, The Girl With No Past, The Stranger Within and Behind Closed Doors been the others and I'll definitely be reading more of Kathryn's work.

The Girl you Lost is published and available on Kindle on 5th February 2016 and from all good bookstores.  It is currently £1.99 on Kindle at the time of publication of this review.
